EXCHANGE POLICY

Goods sold are not refundable. Any exchange of goods can only be made within 7 days from the purchase date.

Items on sale promotion and discounted merchandise are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. No refunds available for items that fall on this category.

Exchange will only be approved upon inspection and permission. Do provide us the receipt of your purchase for our reference. Please note that all the extra charges incurred in an exchange or return (ex.shipping cost, duties and taxes) is the customer’s own responsibility.  This includes the requirement to pay the additional re-shipping fee.  We will exchange items that has returned to us within 7 days from received date and subjected to availability of the stocks.

All returned items must be in unworn condition, with original tags, packaging and with a copy of the receipt. In regards of shoes/sneakers return, it must include the original shoe box in good condition or else it will be rejected upon receiving. HUNDRED% will not accept any returned merchandise without a valid Return Authorisation. Customers are recommended to use delivery service with a tracking system.

We do not accept returns or exchange of magazine, books, fragrance, socks or undergarments.
